BRAVES TAKEOVER NEWS: Derek Schiller Officially Confirm And Announce The Sell Of Club Because Of Lack Of…

Fans have been in a frenzy ever since it was revealed that Ronald Acuna Jr., an Atlanta Braves standout, was experiencing pain in his right knee.

He tore his right ACL in July 2021, which prevented him from playing the remainder of the season and limited him in 2022.

The discomfort is in the same knee that he blew up a couple of years ago, which is why everybody were so afraid.

After his right knee’s meniscus became inflamed during his Friday MRI, the team decided to consult renowned surgeon Dr. Neal ElAttrache just to be sure.

Holding their breath were fans, fantasy owners, the entire Braves organization, and a host of other people.

Thankfully, there’s positive news to share.

After seeing OF Ronald Acuña Jr. last night in Los Angeles, Dr. Neal ElAttrache confirmed that his right knee’s meniscus was irritated. Acuña Jr. will progressively ramp up his baseball activities and should be ready for Opening Day, the team announced on Twitter.

Even so, the Braves stand to gain a great deal if the explosive outfielder and current NL MVP is healthy for Opening Day.

Acuna, who became the first member of the 40-70 club, hit.337 with 149 runs scored, 41 home runs, and 73 stolen bases in the previous season.

It’s not realistic to expect the thefts total to keep up given his somewhat injured knee, but he will still be very beneficial to the Braves in many other ways.
