BREAKING: The hammers coach told to Rule out the title of manager Irons Rule out the title of manager Irons
Discard Irons’ manager title Hugh and Claret’s friends at Claret and Booze have
demanded that a qualified head coach be appointed and that David Moyes not be
allowed to keep his job as manager after a certain amount of time.
Big time or not, it actually does make a lot of sense to drop the term “manager,”
but in response to the circumstances, they decline to participate in the “who’s next?” moniker game.
Rule out the title of manager Irons
They should instead say to @ClaretBooze, “We don’t want a “Big Name” manager to
take over next.” A young, up-and-coming head coach with an offensive philosophy,
passion, talent, ambition, and desire is what we want West Ham to hire. Instead
of hiring someone who is already failing, let’s go for someone who is rising. We require a capable coach, not a manager!
This idea appeals to us at C&H because it states that the manager should solely be
in charge of on-field activities, with the technical director handling transfer
negotiations, as is the case at every other club.
We have observed the events at ours since the appointment of Tim Steidten
clouded the waters and the stance of the two obviously at odds. That needs to end:
Remove manager and replace with head coach to remove any confusion about roles.
