Following rumors of his trade on Saturday night, Justin Fields, the quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, sent a message to the Chiefs and Bears. Fields was traded by the Bears to the Steelers in exchange for a 2025 sixth-round pick.

The sixth-round pick can turn into a fourth-round pick based on playing time. But given the fact that Fields will be Russell Wilson’s backup next season, it’s doubtful the Bears will receive the fourth-round pick.
Even though Fields isn’t heading into a situation where he will be the starter, the fourth-year quarterback said in his statement Saturday he is ready for his next adventure. Fields the city of Chicago and the Bears:
