BREAKING NEWS: The manager of west virginia football “Neal Brown” has sign a new QB over $250m from…

Over the weekend, walk-on Jake Robbins reported that he had accessed the transfer portal, causing the West Virginia quarterback room to shrink.

Robbins had a successful career at New Jersey’s Don Bosco Prep before attending WVU. Despite COVID causing his senior year to be cut short, he still finished his career with over 1,400 yards of passing.

Robbins will be eligible for three more years.

Robbins’ departure leaves three scholarship quarterbacks (Garrett Greene, Nicco Marchiol, and Sean Boyle) and three walk-on quarterbacks (Scott Kean, Jackson Crist, and Sam Stoner) on the roster for West Virginia.
