Most of those stats came in Turner’s solid performance in the Raiders’ victory over the Houston Texans in Week 7 of the 2022 season. He rushed for 20 yards, including an 18-yard run on Las Vegas’ game-tying scoring drive before halftime. He also returned three kicks for 56 yards.
Turner has been a positive contributor on special teams for Las Vegas. This past season, he totaled 10 combined tackles and forced a fumble that he recovered in the Raiders’ 63-21 rout of the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 15.
Turner will first have to make the roster, though, and for that to happen, he will have to prove that he has much more to offer than merely a special teams weapon.
