BREAKING NEWS>>Leave And Never Come Back, Mac Jones Ask For The…

It was reported on Sunday that the New England Patriots traded quarterback Mac Jones to the Jacksonville Jaguars in exchange for a 2024 sixth-round pick. The Patriots officially announced the deal on Thursday, which prompted Jones to express his gratitude to the New England Patriots and the organization in a state of elegance via his account X, formerly Twitter. “Jones an écrit que les trois dernières saisons avec les New England Patriots seront des années que je garderai en mémoire pour le reste de ma vie.” “Je serai toujours reconnaissant pour mon séjour en New England et pour l’opportunité de débuter ma carrière dans la NFL.”

Jones, the 15th pick in the 2021 NFL draft, went on to thank Patriots chairman and chief executive officer Robert Kraft, as well as former coach Bill Belichick, his teammates and the organization’s fans. Jones, a native of Jacksonville, spent the first three seasons of his NFL career in New England, producing mixed results. The Alabama product enjoyed a strong rookie year in 2021, helping the Patriots to a postseason appearance while throwing for 22 touchdowns and 13 interceptions, earning Pro Bowl honors in the process.

Over the course of the next two seasons, Jones regressed and was benched five times by the franchise, all but signaling the end of his tenure as the team’s QB1. The trade to Jacksonville is a homecoming for Jones, as well as a chance to reset his career as a backup behind Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence. Jones has completed 66.1% of his passes for 8,918 yards, 46 touchdowns and 36 interceptions in 42 career starts.
