Gautam Gambhir disclosed his biggest regret as the Kolkata Knight Riders captain.

Gambhir has lately expressed regret for how he handled Suryakumar Yadav while he was captain of KKR, despite his success as an IPL captain.
During an interview with Sportskeeda, Gambhir confessed that his greatest regret as KKR captain is not having realized Suryakumar’s ability and placed him at his ideal batting position in the lineup. He underlined that a leader’s job is to find each player’s skills and present them to the group. In light of his leadership style, Gambhir bemoaned the fact that he was unable to fully utilize Suryakumar’s potential, emphasizing the difficulty of striking a balance between player responsibilities and team structure.
