Sad News: “Jacoby Brissett” Has Been just suspended While Slapping a Colleague For Their Misunderstood And also…..

Jacoby Brissett and Drake Maye are expected to be the starter and backup depending on how this summer plays out, while Bailey Zappe and Joe Milton III are fighting for the third spot.

With Zappe being the only holdover from last year’s team, he’s in a bit of an awkward spot, and even Brissett recognizes that.

“Man, I like Zap a lot,” Brissett said after Monday’s organized team activity session. “He just goes out there and competes. The elephant in the room – this is a tough situation for him, and he’s accepted that. He’s going out there

every day and competed, and he’s doing a really good job, making a lot of plays. I’, excited for his growth.”

Zappe, however, hasn’t felt that awkwardness in the room.

“I guess you could say it’s awkward probably like the first few times you meet each other because you don’t really know each other yet,” Zappe said. “But, once you get to know each other, you understand that everybody has the

same common goal, and that’s to win games. Obviously, we all want to go out there. We all want to be the quarterback. We all want to be the starter, but there’s only one guy that can go out there. All of us that aren’t out

there are going to help that guy no matter what…

“There really hasn’t been any true awkwardness. Like I said, maybe the first couple of days when you meet each other because you don’t really know each other, but right now, it’s running smooth. It’s a great quarterback room.”

Zappe also pointed out multiple times that the quarterbacks have been told that they’re all competing for the starting job, and he’s definitely focused on earning that. That result isn’t impossible, but it would take a lot for that

to happen.
